Patient Recruitment Experts

Our team focuses on accelerating patient enrollment so you can focus on medical research

Innovative Trials specialises in delivering effective global patient recruitment strategies for your clinical trials by adopting a patient and site-centric approach.

Our Recruitment Experts work with some of the biggest global pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organisations (CROs) and biotech companies to deliver effective strategies. We also utilise patient data in the recruitment process to help find more potential participants, improving patient engagement and recruitment outcomes by working closely with trial sponsors.

We pride ourselves on forging close, collaborative, and long-lasting relationships with our clients. Together, we become one team to recruit patients for clinical trials and ensure recruitment and retention success for your studies across various therapeutic areas.

Innovative Trials was founded in 2010 by Kate Shaw and Dave Watkins after identifying a growing need for support.

Headquartered in the UK, Kate and Dave have grown Innovative Trials into a leading global expert in patient recruitment advertising and retention with specialists living and working in more than 70 countries.

Prior to setting up Innovative Trials, Kate worked for a number of large global pharma companies resulting in her being the only Patient Recruitment Specialist for a Top 10 Pharma company. Kate is passionate about clinical research and strives to ensure that patients are fully educated and supported before participating in clinical trials.
