Innovative Trials celebrated alongside industry peers at 2023 PMEA Awards
Global clinical trial patient recruitment and retention company, Innovative Trials, has been celebrated alongside industry peers at the 2023 PMEA industry awards last night (Wednesday 22 November)
The company was a finalist in the Support Agency of the Year category for its exceptional business practice and commitment to supporting both clients and patients, which has resulted in a 23% increase in its client base. The winner, Complete HealthVizion, was named at an awards ceremony in London. According to the judges, “Innovative Trials demonstrated evidence of client delivery, as having impact and client satisfaction was measured and significant improvement was shown year on year. They have a good people approach. Overall, they are a different agency offering, with good growth and clear idea for strategic development”.
Innovative Trials was shortlisted after a year when the company had cemented its presence in the US clinical trials market, enabling the team to provide a more personalized and dedicated service to US-based clients. This included its first international office, based in the Research Triangle in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the appointment of its first Vice President of Commercial and other operational staff. The company also launched its Navigator service, a first-of-its-kind patient-focused service designed to support patients throughout a study and boost clinical trial patient recruitment and retention.
Kate Shaw, CEO of Innovative Trials, said: “The annual PMEA Awards is a showcase of immense talent within the pharmaceutical sector, so to be recognized by the industry in this way for our hard work and impact is incredible. We are delighted to be featured alongside this year’s very worthy winners and have the opportunity to celebrate all our achievements at a special evening last night.“At Innovative Trials, we always strive to deliver the best service and experience possible, both for our clients and clinical trial participants themselves and a major part of that is always to evolve and grow so that we continue to break down barriers to clinical trial patient recruitment and retention and accelerate the development of life-changing treatments.”
The PMEA award programme is an annual event to recognise and celebrate excellence across the pharmaceutical sector in improving patient care and outcomes.
