Two clients. One big idea. Innovative Trials was born in 2010, followed by our first employee, our first UK office and the launch of 1:1 Site Support & Coaching. Small team. Big ambition.

10+ employees. 5 clients. 20 sponsors. And 10,000 Site Support & Coaching calls. We were still small enough to know everyone's coffee order. Just.

A Leadership Team. Dedicated business units. A bigger UK office. 50+ sponsors. 20,000 Site Support & Coaching calls. The small team had become a serious business. Mostly.

We moved into Innovative House, our new UK headquarters. Yes, we named the building. And yes, we're still quite fond of it.

A Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade. 70+ employees. 80+ sponsors. Not bad for the year the world decided to become exceptionally complicated.

Won the Best Patient Recruitment Company Award (GHP Healthcare and Pharmaceutical), growing to 25+ clients, then crossing the Atlantic with the launch of our US entity. Patient recruitment had officially gone international.

US Commercial leadership joined the team. Our Patient Support Centre launched. And we passed 40,000 Site Support & Coaching calls. More reach. More support. Same human approach.

The Retention Patch Programme launched. Kate Shaw won Woman in Pharma. Our first Non-Executive Chairman joined us. Three very different milestones. One very busy year.

Celebrated our 15th anniversary. Working directly with 3 of the Top 10 pharma companies. Indirectly with all 10. Then came the SCRS Standout Award. We'll admit it, that one felt good.

First COO. Best in Show at SCOPE. Innovative Trials Academy launched. 50,000 Site Support & Coaching calls. 10,000 material shipments. 9,700 patients supported. 27,500 Patient Support Centre calls. And counting.

We say what we think, kindly and early. Feedback goes both ways, mistakes are talked about openly, and nobody has to pretend a problem isn't there.
We hold ourselves to a high standard and help each other reach it, with the training, time and support to keep getting better at what we do.
We know what we're working towards and why it matters to patients. Good work is noticed and celebrated, and everyone can see how their part moves a study forward.
Across the UK, the US and every country we work in, we pitch in for each other. No one is left to carry a hard week alone, and every voice in the room counts.
70+ countries supported

Innovative Trials is committed to removing discrimination from its processes, from its culture, and from the way patient populations are recruited into the trials it supports. Our Culture & Employee Forum exists to help build an organisation where the working environment is accessible and responsive, and where every employee can contribute, develop and flourish at work, whatever their personal characteristics.
