When in a study should we bring you in?
The earlier the better. At feasibility we pressure-test enrolment assumptions before they harden into a timeline. We're also brought in mid-study as a rescue, and our coaching calls lift enrolment at any stage. With 16 years across countries and therapeutic areas, we know what's worked before, and what hasn't.
What makes you different from a typical CRO?
We're not a CRO. We're a specialised patient recruitment and retention expert, 16 years deep in exactly that. We're privately owned too, so recommendations are made for the study, not shareholders. Our Clinical Enrolment Managers work in person, in the local language and culture, not from a script or a template.
Do you replace our site staff, or work alongside them?
Alongside, always. Your clinical research associates and site-facing teams keep oversight, compliance and protocol. Our Clinical Enrolment Managers take on one thing: patient recruitment. Site coordinators keep the day job, we take the extra layer of admin and outreach off their plate, not their role.
How do you work across countries and languages?
With people who are already based within the country. Our Clinical Enrolment Managers and Patient Navigators work in 70+ countries and 150+ languages, in the language a patient or site actually speaks. No interpreters, no central hub, no generic scripts.
What's your track record on audits and inspections?
16 years, thousands of studies, still audit ready. We don't scramble when an audit's announced, because established processes, robust documentation and experienced teams are how we operate every day. Onboarding us means onboarding a partner that's already ready to go, not starting from scratch.
