Innovative Trials among Hertfordshire companies celebrated at local business awards

Innovative Trials, a global clinical trial patient recruitment and retention company based in Hertfordshire, has been recognised for its contribution to the county’s economy and business reputation.

The company was shortlisted in four separate categories of the 2023 Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards, an annual award ceremony held by the local Chamber of Commerce. The winners were announced at a glitzy gala dinner on Thursday 22 June to celebrate local business talent, with Innovative Trials narrowly missing out on the top honours but receiving a Highly Commended in the Excellence in International Trade Category.

The four categories Innovative Trials was shortlisted for were:

  • Business of the Year (Medium to Large)
  • Excellence in International Trade
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Workplace Wellbeing.

Kate Shaw, co-founder and CEO of Innovative Trials, paid tribute to all those who won: “Congratulations to all the exceptional businesses and individuals who have been recognised by the Inspiring Hertfordshire Award. Innovative Trials may not have won, but it was fantastic to be recognised and given the opportunity to spend an evening in such great company with all the other finalists.”
